One of the key objectives of our Classical Centre is to ensure that all Classical Telugu texts are easily accessible to readers. As part of the Classical Telugu Text Project, our goal is to systematically upload PDFs of all major Classical Telugu texts, including premodern and modern commentaries by various scholars.

All major Telugu literature will be searchable by book name and author name. Further, we aim to make these texts searchable by date, genre, and type. This will allow Telugu literary works to be easily accessible and categorized efficiently.

For instance, if one wants to find all Telugu texts written before the 13th century, you will simply need to click a button. Similarly, if one wishes to explore all Telugu Purāṇa texts, a single click will provide access to them. If one wants to refine your search further—such as retrieving all Purāṇa texts composed before the 13th century—one will be able to do so effortlessly with a few search filters.

This is just the first step in a series of ambitious initiatives we have planned to advance the study and accessibility of Classical Telugu literature.
